A trained accountant, Brad’s business knowledge comes mainly from owning and operating more than 30 different businesses, dating back to his first paper route at age 15, when he hired out his friends to complete his deliveries.

During his university education at Queensland University in Brisbane, he started and worked in a number of businesses, eventually starting a “business coaching” newsletter he sent out to the data base of a copy shop he owned. That led to a series of one-on-one coaching sessions with business owners, and eventually to group coaching workshops and seminars that became the foundation of the current ActionCOACH business development system.

After teaming with Robert Kiyosaki to teach marketing and business development strategies to Kiyosaki’s entrepreneurial students, Brad started Action International in 1993 with the intent of delivering key strategies to business owners on a one-to-one basis. He soon realized he could better leverage his skills by teaching others his systems and franchising the professional services business model he created worldwide.
